not able to sign in

im having a problem after this new patch/update where it isnt letting me log in im getting this Invalid Packet Game Base;;unpack update()) from what i know i have all the updates i even tried removing game and reinstalling all over again and it still would not allow me to log onto a charachter please respond with help
