Connection timing out- HALP!

This doesn't usually happen for me- I try to log in but it says i'm timing out. My internet is up (obviously- i'm writing this somehow) and the last time i played was last night around 11. Is this a problem on my end or the servers?

was on before patch, logged out, cant get back on...timing out.

I have the same issue so its happening to more then one person i have to reinstall my game each time i want to play its like the game doesnt want to take the update and i have a computer that can play this game no problem so its on there end and they need to fix it for some reason though each time i reinstall the game i can play but if it crashes or is exited i have to do the same process agian it only takes my computer 10 minutes to load but it is still annoying
