Firstly, you need to make your post understandable.

Secondly, it's the weekend. I doubt anyone works on a Sunday. I suggest you wait until Monday/Tuesday.

well waht i am to do about locking up things i was going to buy points years when i played on torax i did orders all the time on satday and sunday and it was all was fast

to be honest, there is nothing more to do other than email them...............assuming that the purchase was ok, you will get your points.

If you are first time buyer, they may want to verify you (for your security and theirs) and that can only be done on a weekday.
