styzzy swamp magic casting bug

whenever you're in like ankle-deep water in the styzzy swamp and you try to cast a spell on a creature on the mainland it says that you cannot cast it because you are moving even though you are not

mostly this is caused because ur in water. even tho ur not moving, it still classifies u as moving. try going on the land area. other lakes do not have this problem but i noticed styzzy does...
