Ok the title says it. I was looking for a place to ask some questions about a problem I have ....couldnt see a tech support forum?
LOL and what the hell are you asking for an SSN in the payment verification..lol only the USA has them.
Also with the phone call how will you call someone that lives in a +8gmt time zone if you will not allow them to place a prefered time in like 10pm to 8am??

Ok that is alittle harsh, but I am over struggling to pay for games online, when all my other online purchases are easy safe and secure, but games for some reason seem to go out of there way to make it hard to giv them money.

Isn't SSN the code behind your credit/debit card? If you're having visa or something..

SSN = Social Security Number

Leave it blank and you should be ok!

Yea would be ok however without it they need to telephone me and I am in a +8gmt time zone and when i put in the times it says they are invalid (10pm to 8am). It does eem tobe an overly zealos security check, lol even my bank doesnt need to call me to verify

It's their to protect them and you - better that than no checks at all in my opinion.

bringing back the old post... you could just call the customer service number yourself when you're up and see if they can't do something during that time. Just a though.. not sure if it'll help any but it's worth a shot
