Catalyst should also apply to Fire pet buffs such as Flaming Rage and Bestial Flames as they are flame attacks.

Possibly so, but i dont really think its neccessary as Flaming Rage is a melee damage, not a spell damage, but its a good thought. Perhaps making the pets swing make a fire damage kind of thing on impact?
