Cant talk to anyone

i just got out of the training grounds... and i cant start any new quests after that.. not even bar keep jonny

i just started playing again i havent played in a wile

is there something i missed or is this a bug???

If your only lvl 9 how did you get out of the training grounds?

You can finish the quests just for the keys without getting to level 10, if you continue to do the other quests (or do them first like most people do) then yeah you will be level 10 when you leave.
