I think the most important poll question is:
Who is the best level 59 monster on Torax with a name starting with the letter E and (rounded up) 28,000,000 exp and a Plate of the Ravager?

I have a lvl 62 reforged monster on terax when my brother isnt watching, owns that E dude.

hehe, you might be a good moderator shawty, but i dont feel youre a very good monitor.

As i remember, you hired me as a game helper, when i was playing on eekern. I got bundles of messages, and i answered them all. I talked to people on YIM/AIM and on mIRC, and i left lots of admin messages on accounts that supposedly had stolen from other players.

But after a week on the job, i was suddenly fired as a helper. And i asked you why. You told me that there was no sign of me helping anybody at all - and that you had been trying to get in touch with me on YIM, with no luck.

The fact was that i was online on YIM 24/7, and i got no messages from you. And when i showed you my message center from eekern, you said there had been some malfunction, and that you would check it out. The next day, one of the many TFO-highlevels took my place.


I got no answer back from you, and now i can no longer be hired as a game helper - since i have already been fired once.

Now tell me... is this fair to you? Im just asking...

We ever going to put a mod hiring system into place that prevents mod's hiring friends as mod's , and always being in the same crews, or at least pass some kinda qualification test? Ticket system might of been updated, but the rest of it all is still stuck on old personal bureaucracy...

only problem i have found with mods is first lack of experience on outwar and second lack of gameplay most mods play less than 3 hrs a day

Firstly, however, Itai - There is every possibility you were not actually fired, but removed when i went from Monitor to Head Monitor - YIM me when you get the chance, we'll have a chat - I know who I personally have fired and the reasons - so lets have a conversation later!

Steve - I think people see monitors as ppl with big egos, are power mad and abuse their positions to benefit their crew or their friends - and historically, i couldn't agree more.......even more than that, i would go as far as to say a part of that is still in the game today!

However, ther are some of us that don't put friends first, not to say we put them to the back, but they are given the same replies as ppl we have never met before, there issues are dealt with as and when it is their turn to be.

I have also stopped my helpers/monitors from hiring from certain crews because of the amount of monitors already in there, in an attempt to stop an element of what you are saying - This is just me tho, I can't speak for anyone else.

Interesting how you say that it is a job and should be treated as such - I was having a chat with someone the other day and even stated that I would stop playing and mod full time - but to be honest, the access given to head monds wouldn't make that worthwhile as I wouldn't be abole to much more than i am currently able.

As i have said a number of times, I will be happy to take feedback, here, or via any other medium as long as it is contructive ans thought out (unlike the person who decided to aim me withthe sole intention of telling me how fecking fecked up we all are) In fact, i would encourage ppl to speak up!!....this can be about the game, mods, me as an individual - some of us really do try to be as unbiased as you would expect us to be!
