Graphics driver quits responding

Random times throughout the game, my graphics driver fails and recovers while playing CoP and only when playing CoP.

I have the latest drivers, and re-installing them didn't fix it.

Same thing here. I have a GeForce 9800gt, the latest graphics drivers, even tried beta graphics drivers.
