[Rampid]

Hello everyone. Hope you had a great week and are ready to fight. Here are this week's patch notes... enjoy!

- A warning has been added to the Blacksmith for anyone who attempts to Gem a temporary item.
- Several more tools and features have been added to the backend for faster, more efficient support.
- Celestial images have been fixed.
- The Sovereign Weapon is now drastically harder to earn. Hellmoss drops this weapon at a difficult rate and has a considerable respawn time. Congratulations to everyone who already found it. To everyone else: enjoy the battle!
- Several items have received a permanent ATK bonus including: Sacred Blade, Reforged Sacred Blade and Oblivion. Congratulations to those who worked hard to get those.
- A new option has been added to more easily choose point packages using your Credit Card. Custom packages can still be made by choosing "other."
- RampidGaming Promotion applications are being reviewed and tools are being finalized. Accepted applicants should receive word on their applications soon. Have fun with this!
- We have gathered information on inactive RampidGaming accounts that do not have a character over level 10 and plan on removing these accounts from our system permanently. If you know someone who fits these criteria and does not want their account removed, please tell them to log on soon! This has also been added to the Terms of Service.
- We will soon be releasing a consecutive Preferred Player point purchasing bonus for players who have been a Preferred Player for five straight months. If you just canceled, sign back up, and if you're already a Preferred Player, you're on the right track!
- Outwar nodes have been consolidated a bit more and you should be experiencing less lag.
- We have made incredible progress with reconstructing our back-up systems. Within a week or two, there should be no 4am-6am lag as is normally experienced.
- An Outwar scout recently returned to Diamond City bloodied and bashed, sharing information of another Zhul attack on Diamond City. The time is unknown, but it is near.
- The Protectors of Outwar have devised a better system to count and update incoming shards in order to warn each game world of when the main Zhul Boss will spawn.

Shouldn't this mob be beatable? I'm hearing he's VERY difficult to kill.

I like how they make mobs only lvl 50+ can kill with 10x better items than sov & call it a lvl 45-50 set. The rewards dont cover the difficulty & they just take the piss. What is it with these idiots?

I was killing on a lvl 52 with junky god items, 0 strength 0 skills & i was winning all the attacks comfortably. Now same mobs same quest stage & im lucky to get them down to 25% before i die all the time.

Well, first I'd like to say I'm looking forward to the WoZ considering I've been a player for years but everytime I'm away I miss the WoZ waves.

if its a super low drop rate, normal spawn time is ok. 10-60 mins at most. and thats pushing it. or just be SMART for once (i know its hard but can be accomplished) and put it back the way it was.

If you've been around for a while you'd know that the game has progressed quite heavily since oblivion was released years ago. Game progesses, so does the items in it. Simple as. Items are supposed to get better, for anyone who plays.

so when u open the crate instead of finding the weapon you find the ring, and switch the ring quest around to the weapon. and make sure the droprates are the same as b4 u guys ****ed around with everything... from wat little i did after the nerf (got 10 remaining pieces for the aug pack quest) they were much easiar then b4. but the drop rates b4 that would be perfect if you turn that quest into the weapon quest. i had 75/30/30 after bout 3 days of hunting that shit (coulda had more wasn't doing it hardcore, but probably burnt around 100k rage just doing that)

Good items that are achieved through DC need to be difficult to achieve and take time. Not be a walk in the park.

Not to mention crews have done 25 runs in brb, which (assuming each run costs them 5k) costs them 125k, and have only gotten 1 or 2 gloves. Pre-nerf sov had more than half of celests stats. Sov is there to get at your leisure. It doesn't require you to spend any points at all to get. If you were such a "realist" you would realize sov was meant to be a level 45-ish set and has good stats for the people it was designed for and how long it takes to get it.

Admins, give higher levels with weapons better than sov the option of skipping the bullshit extra step. I do not need the sov weapon and will not equip it, i just want the exp, and finish the damn quest, is that really too much to ask for? 100s of other people didn't have to do this BS,why should I? i agree with you. at first i was mad about the nerf but then i realized that the HP and attack of some of the pieces are still better than most gods. and when you have full set it gives a nice boost. only downside is MR/EPT/RPT but i am still wearing the set

yes i agree with that also, but celestrial normal beats it, and people complain about Sov set being supreme god, strongest in game, etc... yes little exageration but people do that to me lol. sov set was perfect when it came out and perfect quest setup till it got FUBAR'd but what are you going to do give the blade 2200+ also? People should just stop posting on forums as its clear admins dont really care what people think anymore. They only listen to there bank balance & if its starting to get low, threw in a scam or two to boost it up again aka sov set.

They favor crews who cheat there way to everything & prevent legit players from getting anything so we need to buy to get hence the favoritism as it generates them money from people who have to buy points to get better.

This game become screwed up & one sided the second they introduced point purchase option for people with more money than sense or very giving parents which is only inevitable that they will start to protect and favor the spenders over the rest.

Sov set is crap & i dont see why they bother changing the images on it to start with or having player input on mob names as its already been completely macro'd by now & people dont give a toss about mob names or item images, just the exp is the interest. All this work went into this for a cack set which was intended to just be better than dest set as they say. I recall dest set took them far less to make than this cack so saying sov was not meant to be that good when it first came out is cack, also noting the fact that pants/boots had the set bonus for months & they honestly expect us to believe that they had no idea about the error, even after head mods ran & tested the quests & posted item images on the forum for all to see & still they never noticed all the comments on the awsomeness of the set & still they released it with a point promo & treasury sale to match & let it run a few weeks before ending the point promo & nerfing it. If thats not a scam, i dont know what is!

i am no logic? one - school is m-f not m-s and 2 get facts right, i am not a pimpley school person. i graduated years ago. and I do not eat pizza roles, those are very unhealthy. so who is the no logic person you got 0% correct on your test, u fail, now your a super senior. and weapon does not have too much attack. the weapon is actually good, its the rest of the EPT/RPT/Max Rage that was trumped too much. the hp actually are descent currently.

exactly. Everyone knows there are areas OW needs to improve in, but ask anyone that's been around for a while, and they will agree with champ, OW is continuously evolving, and improving. Obviously not the quickest improvements ever, however most of us can see the game doing much better than before.

just because it was once the best weapon in the game doesn't mean it should always be that way.....cele is top set now, so for the 70s with max enhancements and full cele by your logic it truly is game over for these people. If we say that since cele is best set so it should always be best set, those with cele set would never need a piece of new gear. Does that make sense why we cant keep items as best in the game forever?
