Get some admins that reply and care !!! there are at current very few mods on zimbob the ones that are on alot cant help and pass it to admins who never reply ! HEAD mods come on ( pure ) and never respond ! ( best things outwar players have to admins ) send in a support you get some wiseass reply with a blank msg...... you then reply to that msg with huh ??? and get nothing ever again.... support posts go to admins ! again one reply 2-3 lines long and then u reply and wow gone....

other mods come on aim you ask if you can have some advice they say sure go ahead send em that fatal question and poof, mod gone of face of earth never responds again....

why cant they bring back live support id pay 50 points to have the help live, hell id pay 50 points to get a dam reply, cummon guys get it together its the lack of mods and the lack of effort of existing mods that ruins this game..

o well porbally delete this post but hey said my bit

Hmm, not sure where to start picking holes in that!

1. Pure is admin, not a head mod.

2. Admins reply to tickets sent to them, this takes time as there are a lot in their queue - you are perhaps inpatient?

3. admin constantly read the replies to support tickets to ensure that they are of acceptable standard, of course, some replies are not perfect, but 99% of them are fine, and are requesting more information to a ticket that is sparse.

4. If you have a mod/head mod on aim/yim etc that is constantly disappearing and not replying, then send a msg to one of the other monitors/head admin, explain and ask them to contact you.

and 5.
cummon guys get it together its the lack of mods and the lack of effort of existing mods that ruins this game..

Thats a total load of rubbish

/me puts mod head back on!

Every mod that i know and speak to daily does the best withthe permissions that they have to work with - if they can't help, they ask their head mod and then at the end of it all, you may have to put a ticket in - that will be replied to in every case - after getting the appropriate information, it is sent to admin, it will then be reviewed.........

Perhaps this i another case of someone not liking the reply they get and using it to complain!

no not atall when i get a reply they are always to a good quality the problems is that sorting a problem over support ticket can takes weeks as they are not checked enough daily :S thats all

Then i would recommend reading what you write prior to clicking the little button ;)

all i can say for 100% certainty is that there are NO unread and unreplied to tickets on Sigil, we are waiting for a player response on all of hours :p

Its not the admins that dont care, its all the useless low rank mods. The admins are just spread too thin to pick up the slack from mods who do nothing.

if i remember correctly, lower lvl mods don't all get to read support tickets, they get specific jobs and abilities lol...

I play on sigil and Sigil only.. in the past yes outwar support has been lacking hard, but since they improved the support system and hired newer better mods it has done a 90% turn around

I have 1 ticket in que right now, which has only been an hour or so, I spoke with Shawty as I speak to him daily and asked him if he sees it to forward it to an admin.

the other ones I have sent in recently have been responded to within 3hrs tops
So I give major props to the Sigil mods, cant say anything good nor bad about the other servers I dont care to play on them. Sigil was the 1st and best server on Outwar and will always stay that way ;)

People keep saying "useless helpers" that can't do anything or do nothing; while I don't know if they do or don't do what they are supposed to - I can only surmise from what I read on the forums - they are there to guide you in an effort to get your issue resolved faster.

Its not the admins that dont care, its all the useless low rank mods. The admins are just spread too thin to pick up the slack from mods who do nothing.


People call them useless it seems because they can't resolve the issue. Why on earth would you give anyone "powers" (such as item-deleting, moving items, suspension) other than the administrators of the game. We are all human and you can never be sure who you hire as Helpers and Monitors. As such, the hard stuff, the administrators deal with themselves and since only Madrox & PM do support, they have to do it all so you need to patient.

If you have a particular ongoing problem with a member of the support (such as you say being "ignored") then you should to take it up with their superiors or to someone who can.

There's nothing to be gained from this thread any longer other than waiting for people to make their complaints as well.

Shawty as already made the satisfactory response.
