are you talking about the Loan Collection perhaps?

That quest is located in the Blackheart's Bank... you have to talk to Loan Shark in room 348.

no Loan Deposit. but if i look in the Outwiki it marked in red ? does it mean you need a crew or does it not exist ?

It's not a "Crew" quest. I believe it may have been edited or bugged. I'm not sure. Your best bet would be to ask a Game Helper or Monitor :-??

my thought is that they are talking about the loan collection, and the reason it is bugged is because if you have that quest and the other quest requiring the same drop item the item(bundle of cash) will not drop making that there quest kinda buggy

i abandon loan collection (following the wiki) because i cant complete it, and i take loan deposit from loan sharks, but in the two cases that quest is impossible, the furious gamblers hava a very very low drop rate with stack of cash or bundle of cash or whatthename is...

just contact a mod, make them reset, start the quest with the double dealing council members, get at least 3 stacks from them (1 too much for the first quest) complete it, then you have one stack left, start the last one and complete that as well.

i try to reset (allow reset in the game) but i have a message that says invalid id, After i see the news i will continue killing furious gamblers, but i killed 20 or more and anything drops
