Why was my support ticket deleted?

I got hacked about 3 weeks ago, sent in a support ticket, got most of the items back. I was given 8 magic orbs instead of 9 for my items..but ok. I didn't get my other stuff back, but ok. I didn't get my treasury or sacred blade augs back, but ok. I had screenshots to prove I had them, but ok. Then I sign in today, to see my support ticket was delete from que? NO ONE has my login, and I know once their fixed their marked as finished or whatever, but deleted? What the hell?

I'm really losing in faith in this game, after 4 years of playing and supporting some good and bad updates and choices, but to completely delete my ticket? Seriously wtf?

Dude. That's messed up. I sympathize. I wish there was something I could do. If I were you I'd put in another support ticket with your previous problem and add to it about your ticket being deleted. Someone needs to be owned >:/

But then again, it could've been an accident or a glitch or something who knows...I'm not sure how likely that is though.

ow mods FTW! talk to a good mod who isn't baised and ask him if he could possibly admin it to get things done faster, if that doesn't work, just keep sending and hoping, possibly msg admins on AIM... I've gotten hacked before and promised help, should have never belived zach whould have helped me anyways....

Yeah I miss Zack, him leaving ruined outwar for a LOT of people, best admin by far. Mark is good with support actually but thats not his job, and isn't on AIM anymore. I'm not sure if head mods can delete them, if so I know which one it was..personal grudges shouldn't affect game play, when hes a known program user.

its suspicious how u kept screens of your augments almost as if you planned it. I say your lucky to get what u got back, keep your account safe there is NO SUCH THING as people getting hacked its there OWN stupidity. yes there was an incident when ow was hacked but now its secure.

lol, from what i recall zach was lazy, or getting lazy, he suspended someone cause they made a joke about him, also fired that person from mod because of it.... and he could have used webarcheives to get screens of the augs ;), you never know why does it matter so much to you, he got hacked and the augs are gone now, luckily hes got screens....

Every website has a whole in it, you just gotta be smart enough to find it.

It is alot more "Secure" then what it was, but it has never been and never will be 100% Secure.

I do a LOT of buying/trading/selling, so I take a screenshot of my account almost once a week. Those augs are ones that I DO give a **** about, since they were expensive and I bought them when they were first released. Why would you not want to protect and back up proof of stuff you have, that are worth a lot? Why don't you get a decent account, then start talkin to the big boys :).

i had an account stolen off my RGA, and after providing all the information to prove the account was mine; my support ticket just kept on getting deleted. I've since found out that the guy who got the account is friends with a mod, and that mod has been screening my support tickets to keep them away from people who can help

I don't think you quite understand. It the logs show you deleted it then it's likely that it was from your IP of choice.

Nothing more to be said about this in my opinion - perhaps some feedback to people would be, before making assumptions and accusations, get facts first ;)
