pvp safety

Don't know if this is a bug or not, but I was playing ungrouped with a murderer, and selected him to buff him, but attacked him instead. I'm guilded, but my safety was on. Later, my flamewave almost took him out, too. Grouping fixed it, but do I need to be careful around red names even when my safety is on? That fight would've been a lot easier if I hadn't had to worry about wiping other players when I started throwing around the ordinance.

The pvp safety box only makes it so you don't accidentally attack an innocent person. You can still be attacked and attack murderers with it on. Not a bug, just a common misunderstanding.
