a bug with items/spells

I have had no problems on my main character, but on my alt when I go to loot something from a body it shows up as a minor mysticism potion and won't let me loot it. When I use a buff or potion they all show up as minor mysticism potions on the top right side of my screen. If anybody knows how to get rid of this please let me know :).

a guild mate of mine has a similar problem.. everytime he goes to loot it will show the items, but the minute he loots one item they all turn into Horns. I have seen it myself on his character.

also he tried to send in a support/petition and it says one is in que.. and he has never sent in one.

Just noticed I myself have the same problem with support/petition. I spoke to Blazo a few days ago when he contacted me about a point issue and said he couldnt find anything in the support que, but when i try to do one it says I have on in que.

Please fix these
