Retired Popstar

What happen to the talk button on the Retired Popstar? I was going to see if I can get a set going on my char and come to find out there is no talk on it. I got some raids items and would like to get sets going. Can someone please tell me what is up with all the new crap going on?

obviously u haven't been around lately to find out that all sets have a level requirement now. and if your character doesn't have any talk link for octave set means your character is not high enough level to wear octave
