I have had a recurring technical issue with my characters that I have filed a support ticket for. There was a basic solution to move the character and that worked. The problem has occured again but now I cannot report it because I still have a pending ticket. I submitted a ticket on the webpage but learned that website support tickets are for outwar only.
Mind you the support tickets are generated by multis because the issue prevents my main character from being able to load world. I am on now as a multi calling for admin assistance and there is an echoooo lol.
If we are not able to make new tickets, can we have website based ticket support? Can we get our tickets closed when the issue was solved or have an opportunity to respond to our ticket to give support an update on the issue?
Right now all I can do is keep making new accounts and deleting them but the actual problem has not been fully solved. I get temporary fixes. I would like to be able to work on the issue with support so that it doesnt happen again.
I have noticed people come on as multis also requesting a reset. What is that exactly?
Ok going on 24 hours no response with tickets, where are the admins inworld?
