Good augments

I've been wondering this for a long time, who drops all the good augs i see on the tradeblock, and would i be able to kill them? (lvl 40 with lvl 10 bfa, fort, enfeeble, bl, stealth and empower) got Deadly shiv 4g and nub gods/noc 0g.

mainly mobs in stoneraven drop all the best augs in the game...although enigmatic terrors diabolic wraiths and spectral skeletons do drop good ones very occasionally

Yeah i thought those 3 dropped good ones, as they are probably some of the hardest npcs in dc.

yeah i find um a tad easy but for most they are tuogh
