you know when the servers are going down, it would be nice to say they are going down. i can deal with the random server down in a beta so long as i at least feel the developer cares.

But when servers go down and developers / admins don't care to tell us, it tends to send people away. So why send them away when you know how to get them closer????

Who is stopping you going away? It is a beta there are going to be glitches, deal with it, everyone else does... the admins have far better things to do, like FIXING the problems and making the game BETTER, than warning all of us when a zone is going to go down... also have you considered they may not know about it either, if it is not them bringing it down but a unforseen glitch?

I agree with Dark, we have to remember it is beta, lots of probs, I have been out for most of the day because of issues of the server not loading my character,or the green square of death, LOL, in fact I created a new one character and now cannot get on that one either... It bites, but what can you do...

i know the admins are trying to make the game better - i know all about betas - i have beta tested LOTS of games. But when the developers do not want to say "Hey - we had a server crash it happens - sorry" I wonder if they care about the customer. I know the game is F2P but they still want me to buy from them to keep the game going.

But why would I support them if they continually let their equipment fail. I like the games they produce but a little communication is not too much too ask. Typically during a beta - you meet a lot of the people on the team. I have as of yet met anyone on the team as far I know.

If they want to stay secret so that people in game play like they should and actually test stuff - that's great - but at least let us know they don't want us to know who they are because they want to see the game in its true form.

There are a lot of good points in what everyone is saying and Yes the concerns and problems should be dealt with asap, and a message sent out a little quicker to let everyone know whats up... Its up to them if they want to drop the ball or not... We can just keep giving feedback, again whether they want it or not, that sup to them... At some point people are going to get frustrated and leave or not... Choices we make right ....
Cheers

There are only like three proper admins, (Or so three I've seen, correct me if I'm wrong), most other graphical RPG's have a lot more, bundled with that they are also programmers and have actual work to do at Rampid... I think if they wasted their time telling us every time there was a minor fault, work would be done a lot slower and there would be bigger concerns - worries about the progression of the game. Also, yesterday was a sunday, who works on a Sunday :P?

there might have been some down time because our hosting company is supposed to be bringing up a new server

Thank you for this update.

Don't let us get to you -- you needed a weekend off and I hope it was great.

This is beta and unforeseen gliches do occur.
