Gemming Diff Post

ive seen a lot of folk complaining about gemming being to high now my concern is when you sell gems back i think that should be a full refund or if not full atleast 80%.

one reason is 4 gemmed items are selling for 100pts and 200pts because selling the gems back is just way to low. atleast the items would have more value if they highered the sell back rate on gems

I agree completely, we really get the shaft on gem refunds - especially when items such as SR items which are no-trade come out and are way better than your current items, and you have to sell your old god just to gem that item. Then you get something better than that item and it's just a mess, it really puts a dent in your points quick. ALmost makes it not fun to get a new better item lol

Yeah things like this would also help with the economy or harm it less by not taking so many points out of circulation.

ive never understood why you dont get a full refund, maybe i guess you can buy full gem items on tb and you could ungem the items and use them for something else, but having the sellback so low is just idiotic. again i agree that would be a nice change

hell ya, and since chances are the SR items are better ungemmed then the current items you have 4 gemmed..

we will never get a full refund, but getting back half of what we spent on gemming should be common sense

I find myself agreeing with Justin, if there were a full/major refund you would be seeing much less profit in Rampid's hand. .Not a good thing at all for us.

Though I agree what we get back now is hardly worth it.

It's not just about profit. In my opinion it's just like anything you buy; you can almost never (unless it's a collectible :p) expect to get even close to what you paid for it. If you got a full refund I have a feeling you'd see a lot of 4 gemmed training gear.. lol

Haha, I sat in line the second run of XBox 360s and sold it to my best friend for only $50 markup.. oh well, it was fun anyways, and he's my best friend so it's all good.

thats half wat it costs to gem and it also means folk not selling 4 gemmed gods below 200 which is what they are doing now
