It´s for some kind of quest but which one ?

i couldn´t find anything on outwiki.

i´m lvl 16, can i do this mission ?

* Tuskless Mammoth
* Reward: 7500 exp
* Start: Talk to the tuskless mamoth in room 23, the cement blocks.
* Objective: Get 8 orge blood vials
* kill/dropped by: deranged ogres (lvl 36)
* Location: cement blocks.

Hope this will help you out. Not sure which lvl you have to be to start, but if you get some skills on your self you should be able to beat it

Instead of making a new topic, where can i find a better weapon then my 9mm "scratched of serial" ? i´m lvl 16 btw.

desert eagle
Talk to the second pistol packer after completing 9mm quest. He will ask u to collect 7 outwar dollar bills , a shoulder bag , dead cat and your 9mm scracthed off serial. But remember this time 7 outwar dollar bills. Dont drop your 9mm scratched off otherwise you can't finish the quest. Then after u handed 7 outwar bills, shoulder bag, dead cat and 9mm you get a desert eagle. (can be equiped, has rage/exp per turn)
Reward:
Desert Eagle
ATK: 73
Rage/Turn: 5
Exp/Turn: 12
Max Clicks: 8
Critical Hit: 3%

ghoulish dagger
Go to end of sewers, to mysterious portal, then one south, one west and one south u will see a death ghoul. Talk to him and hand in the desert eagle, in return he gives u a ghoulish dagger
Reward:
Ghoulish Dagger
ATK: 94
Rage/Turn: 8
Exp/Turn: 10
Max Rage: 150
Critical Hit: 5%
