did i mess up??

i have finished the bob/frank quest, yet it will not let me talk to stella, the Lt. or the barkeep in the dusty glass in. what do i do??

go into next room and the first square in that room there is some 1 with talk link

and the in the middle of that square room you just enter is some 1 with a talk link (need 2 do them quests before you can talk 2 stella

there is none in tent city i can talk to except the general and hes only think is the chip quest and i need to do the stella quest to get the last chip.

there is a glitch on the Stella part of the quest. It seems that if you leave the training grounds and go talk to bartender Johnny befor doing the Stella quest than you lose the option to do s. Your best bet is to send in a support ticket asking to reset all quests for barkeep Johnny.

Same problem over here...
can't it just be fixed instead of asking for support each time for every guy who have just started? don't you think it's kind of a bunch of work for the support team? and some little frustration for these who just start to play the game..

I suggest you contact a Game Helper or Monitor and ask if there's anything specific that you need to send in the ticket.

And you cannot delete characters.

Indeed you can not delete characters, also make sure you are of a good level as some quests won't trigger unless you are of a certain level or have done other quests first.

u have to be level 10 to talk to stella, so dbl check that

how do you add stuff to your crew vault???

normally the only way you can add things to your crew vault is by raiding. There is an upgrade you can purchase that is supposed to let you be able to deposit items in there if you go to crew home> edit crew > crew upgrades.... it is called two way vault.
I don't know anything about how well it works or even how it works though.

If you purchase the Two-Way vault and activate it. All members in ranks with permissions to Deposit into Vault will have an option to "crew vault" when they click on a tradeable item in their backpack.
