Ideas about no trade items/augs

First of all, let me say, I think adding the option to remove no-trade augs was a great idea. Frankly, I think the price of it is a little on the high end, especially with the economy the way it currently is, but it's nice to have that option.

But, why is this limited to no-trade augs only? How about a treasury upgrade to remove any aug? There are a lot of 25 rage augments from bh, 3% block augs and even those high crit augs that used to drop from destructive raids still laying around on the game. Personally, i'd love to use some of them that I have, but they are on outdated items and no way to take them out. So, I think we should have the ability to do that if we so choose to. Also, I think the price to have it done should be lower than the other option of taking out no-trade augs, simply because there are not many augs better than the no trade ones.

Also, what about the ability to trade a no-trade item? A treasury purchase to trade the item once, and once it's traded to another account, it binds again. Obviously the price would be fairly expensive, but it would be worth it for people who really want to trade those items. I'm sure hec would agree (if he reads this): I really, really want to trade my holy blade of the order, because it's serving no purpose sitting in my vault. I'd be willing to shell out decent points to get it moved... and an option like this would get that done.

I agree with the first part, but i don't agree with the second, non-trade items where ment to be just that non trade, if they maybe say SR stuff non trade there'd be even more of it scattered around ow, maybe all non-trade items should be item transferible within ones rampid gaming account.

Where is the logic in that? Are you saying no trade augs were not meant to be no trade? Was it an accident and they just went with it? I could say: No trade augs were meant to be just that--no trade.
Your argument doesn't make sense.

And as far as stoneraven items go: The prices of the items are so low right now, it wouldn't be worth spending the points to trade them. You could just buy a new item...

I do think it would be nice if we could trade them between RGA accounts, though.

yeah my multi would be pwning ppl with blade ;o

would be kinda kewl tho if you could transfer no trade items to multis..but then again dumb at the same time.. but it would clear alotta leet items out of peoples vaults then you see multis runnin around with obvlivion and stuff when their level 20 :P

Ya i think non-trade stuff should be rga item transferable, this would solve a problem with older sets/oblivion/zhul essences/WoZ stuff/SR/holy blade. to be honest i can't even think of a down side to allowing this.

I have a couple of things to say about this.

1. It would be nice if there were two different tiers of removing no-trade augs,
ie. a lesser price for removing say the augs from the winslow farha and clark/axel quests.

2. The reason this is cool to begin with is so you can trade items that are not no-trade without having to destroy a leet aug, so aside from my first suggestion, I think it is pretty good like it is (although maybe a tad expensive)

I agree with you mully, having an option to remove regular augments would be nice. Before the treasury augments, people paid mad points for rage augments 700+ and now its going to waste in the items they use, or they getting replaced with other augments cause nothign cant be done.

Also I think they would add an option for orbs as well. To choose an orb and make it tradable, would be nice.

i can say i see no down side to allowing no trade items to be transferred on RGAs. think of the vault on a 70 and deleted items that were really good items at the time, but now just completely useless.
