well, my guess is that these guys have elemental resistance, since they were introduced during War of Zuhl. If you have a weapon with Holy, Arcane, Fire, Shadow or Kinetic damage - im sure you will hit with some strength...

isn't keeper of the aegis like in the 60's? i didnt think a lvl 22 could take that even with elemental advantages of sorts.

yes they are... but you are still able to attack them. If you dont have any elemental damage, you will hit with 0 all the time :P
