Alright well i have already spent like 4 SP on my main on empower. So i figure ill just get like lvl 10 and then later on cant I use like that neurolizer thing to take all the points off and put them on something else?

Yes, everyone goes to Preservation at level 40.

yes, ofcourse you can. Whenever you feel like it, you can buy a neutralizer and change your skills. When you reach lvl 30 - i would go over to the Ferocity school and train Ambush, or go to the Preservation school and train Fortify.

You should also try to grow some multies who you can train with empower, stealth, bloodlust and enfeeble for later use...

ok im not sure if u mentioned a what class of character you are
first of all
make 4 accs on ya rga 1 monster 1 gangster and 2 poptarts
train bloodlust on the monster train enfeble on the gangsta and train empower on 1 pop
and stealth on another- once u get them higher train purify on the poptarts.

all those skills can be cast on your main character from those characters giving u more stats
