can there be classes like
arch-mage=specials in restoration and mysticism
necromancer= specials in pvp murderers and dark spells like shadow and fire
Barbarian= specials in high strength and stamina and 2 handed weapons but fails in agility
warrior= specials in a weapon and shield having much stamina and strength also a lot of agility
those are some ideas. hope there in the game:)

Being interested isn't
the combination white/blue meeting the arch-mage type already
and
the combination black/red meeting the necromancer type?
For the fighter classes, that you are suggesting, how would they be built to withstand the attack spells that seem to create plenty of damage already without having some sort of multiple resist capability? .......... what colors could be used that would provide resists to the other colors to allow for melee? ........ what weapons are currently available that would be good for melee or would it require a new class of weapons be developed?
Just wondering out loud ..........

the archmage which is good in restoration and partnership can have a advantage over necromancers and in pvp the necro's become weaker

I noticed alot of your ideas are basically what our items are already for.. thats why people carry a melee/hp/def set, a caster set, etc. Would of been nice if you elaborated somewhat.. because i guess i'm not seeing the actual use/purpose of these sort of drastic changes.

I would be nice if you could combine items in cauldron. Like a fire weapon with shadow weapon and retain all stats. Or Shield of Grace and the Defender of the Universe. Put a thing in Treasury charge 100 points for it. Everyone would take advantage of this creating better items and more vault space.
