Most Powerful?

Ok, so OW implemented the new "Most Powerful" ranking a long time ago but I really never knew what it meant. I thought it had to do with strength obtained from attacking other players and mobs in DC. And since strength is based on your level it made sense that only the highest level players appeared on the "Most Powerful" ranking. But now I see a level 50 account as the #1 "Most Powerful" account and now I really have no idea what it ranks.

Can anybody help?

And yes I searched the wiki and other threads and I didnt find anything.

I dont know how to calc it all, but I know sometimes when I see a low lvl account on there i know its an admin account and jsut shows up, i dont know if this is the same though

it's atk + def at that time. so if your have a total of 5katk/12kdef, u figure with that 17k power.

I dont think its calculated that way exactly.
Closer for me is if i go to the skills page where skills do not get applied to your "power" on your hover over status bar.

Well when you're on the skills page, for some reason the stat bonus from strength isn't added onto what you currently have.

I have serious doubts that strength is being added in raids as well. I was doing destructive the other day and my multis where dying with a total damage taken of 4,053 but they had 4,235hp. Without strength they had 3,965hp. I think this is something that should be looked at. :\

I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't. This probably needs to be moved to the Bugs section.

Actually I KNOW it isn't adding. I just had 11,466 hp in a bh raid. First two raids, he did 11,264 damage and I died. Oddly enough without strength I have 11,125 hp. :\

This REALLY need fixed.

yeah and noobp is broke also well it is on my acc lol
