Giant Viper

ahhhh... I've been camping Giant Viper for a few days now to get some runes... but I have yet to find him! where is he!! He's not spawning at the usual place... please help me!

Chief in Helms drops legit runes... I've found 2 immolates, 2 mummys, and 2 fire ele's O.o

and im not even strong enough to kill him :x

even though that doesnt help much with you finding giant viper >.<
