Fix the bug that allows more then the maximum number of players in a raid to be joined.

example. 41 accounts in dreg etc etc.

This happens when 2 people try to join at the same time, when theres 1 less then the max needed in the raid. Would be nice if ya fixed it.

hmmmm, that might be the way to beat windstrike the vile. have 39 in then have 10 accouts join at the same time o.O
