Complaints Board

I think that you should re-add the Complaints board to the forums. This will give people a place to vent with their problems regarding Outwar and the administrators will be able to see it. It will also reduce the number of complaining posts on the Shoutbox.

But sometimes, people did just use the complaints board to vent their anger rather than expect a reply.

When I complain, I hope that the administrators see my point and why I'm frustrated and do something about it. At least that's just me.

Complaint board is also a good reason to move all that complaint junk from other areas, into it. So you can safely browse a non-complaining area if you like :p

A complaints board would be a good idea - the only problem is that it has mountains of posts about the same thing, people see it as a good way to swear, rant rave, which isn't constructive.

W1 had the best comment, it is only worth something if the complaints are replied to.

One difference between this board and the old boards - whilst we have the same Super Mods (Shawty and ArrowsAngel) unlike before, we are also empower in game as well - so would be able to actually help (server specific), as well as provide information and written help only!!........

I would welcome a Complaints board!
