What quest do i need to start or do to get the Magical Recipe??

This isnt really a quest. To get the magical recipe, you got to mix three Magical Paper Scraps in the cauldron. These paper scraps are dropped only by the raids on Crane, Gnorb, Lord Xordam, Nessam, Pinosis, Shadow and Tsort. But the drop rate is incredably low.

People are buying these paper scraps for 2k pts each... so i guess you have to pay like 6k pts at least to get hold of the Magical Recipe. That is if youre not in a leet crew who will award you these paper scraps.
