i remember way back when they had a special deal on buying outwar points, where you received a Magic Book with your point purchase. This item was like a personal upgrade which gave you one extra skill point...

I remember that i took advantage of this point promo, and got my extra skill point. But the next time i used a standard issue neutralizer, my extra skill point was gone.

Now, isnt this a little unfair? wouldnt it have been better if we got to keep that extra skill point??

If you are positive your skills point has gone missing you can try to send in a ticket with information on the issue so it can be looked into for you.
