i got to this point on shield of aces quest, i have the charegd device, and i have to give it to pitt boss (i think) but he has no talk option :S, what do i do?

I think this quest has been changed back and fourth a few times... now i think you have to hand the charged device to Kingpin.

He is located in the Hypnotic Lounge - the room just left to the poker room where you kill the masterminds.

It could be broken...in which case youre in the same boat as me, will prolly have to start from the beginning.

I personally had thought you needed to turn this into the King Pin, but then I could be wrong. Even us Mods are entitled to be wrong.

If none of the suggestions work then I suggest you contact a game helper on your server for help.

My Tommie K didnt have a talk option for the charged device and i had to get my SoA reset :(

youre not supposed to talk to Tommy K. Youre supposed to attack him to get the blueprints...

send in a support ticket so they can fix it

ow made it so theres no talk link at that part if you glitched the quest :)

Talk to the Kingpin, its just worked for me.

exactly. its one of the only stands ow has taken against cheaters. sure its nice to skip the bruno and malcom part and get right to killing, but at the same time its not fair, so if you glitched the quest you deserve to be stuck. so either quit cheating or stfu. if only they would take a stand against DCAAs, auto skilling, etc the game would be so much better

I actually havenn't glitched the SoA quest because i wanted to kill the crim masterminds for the mini epic 2.0 at the same time as the mini epic and there is still no talk link for anyone.
