gangland armor quest

i got this quest from lean the mechanic and i cant find any of the people he asked me to find...can anyone help me out please?

The Few Steps: Talk to Leon the Mechanic and accept the quest (located in DC enforcers)
Then with your crew, defeat the Gangster Adventures (raid mobs) located in Smugglers heaven Each Gangster mob will drop a certain item, rarely.

-Illegal Contraband (Street Thugs)
-Policeman's Hat (The Police)
-Federal Identfication Badge (The Feds)
-Gold Pocket Watch (The Locapo Family)
-Emblem of the Mafiaso (The Boss)

Give all 5, one of each, of the items to Leon the Mechanic and he will give you a random piece of the Gangland set. Repeat the process untill u recieve the entire set.

head right to the end of main st (main and beldam) then up one on beldam then right to back ally, there you will find smugglers haven
