let us see augment stats on items

When you guys added the manage augs thingy thing, you took away that we could see the augs that other people are useing. I dislike this, and I hope I am not the only one. I want to see peoples augs!! !!! !!! !!!! !!!!

Yea, you're not the only one. I keep clicking items to see the augs on them when I forget that I can't do that anymore. OW should fix this if its broken, or put it back if they took it out. *sigh*

i also think that you should be able to see an augments stats when hovering over an augment on an items view page. it was interesting to see who had what augments.
