eyes of burn glitch

i dont know if its a glitch or not but i found out how to get there without being lvl 45 on sigil and quiver im lvl 42 on sigil and 17 on quiver lol.... so its both those or all servers
i sent a support ticket its ticket #10691 Site Bug or Problem

Correct. You can go to the eyes of burn sight and walk around all you want, but you must be lvl 45 to do EoB quests.
