Many had 200k+

well, with quest rewards you can get over 200k easily, same with sr...

so it's not that because they have more than you that they automaticly cheat.

I'm sick and tired of people screaming of corruption. If you don't like Outwar's policies then don't play the game. The moderators are to enforce the game and you have to abide by their decisions whether you agree with them or not. There isn't some HUGE conspiracy to protect DCAAing. Get over it, god damn.
