When I first started playing this game there wasn't a lot of new content being added.
Then there was a lot of new content being added and it all seemed to be buggy in some form or other.
Lately it seems as though all the bugs have been being cleared up and all the new content has been bug free (at least as far as I can see).

My question is: What has changed to make it so that everything has been running so smoothly as compared to before?

That is a good contradiction to my statement, but I still hold firm on the fact that outwar is much less buggy than previously, both in new content and in old

Dunno, but I consider the lag of the Sigil server as bug. Go on Rancid server and it's smooth, but sigil is a lag machine

Sigil is the original server, so I can't say that the lag isn't due to some bug form the original programming. But I believe it is more likely due to the fact that there is just way more people logging on all the time from various time zones on it since it is the oldest server.

Ya ow's been quite smooth for the past little while, if it starts to lag usually it them repairing or adding things which is worth the lag i think.

As bugs arise, we fix them.. it's really as simple as that. The code is exactly the same on all the servers. The "Servers" are the different databases, you could be accessing the same exact code as someone else (being on the same node) and yet they could play Fabar and you could play Sigil.

Bugs can come up from 100s of different things; programming errors, improperly setup content, or even hosting issues.

The game should only get better from here on out, and I'm glad people are noticing. :)

Oooo hackers on zimbob? What happenedz0rz? Also wtf is with these people that im like 99% they are using some program. On my server there is this group of like 20+ people who all their names end in soup, they are always in the same spot anywhere you find them, and they all are like the same level.

Anyways

Mainly its that we have more people working on OW now. For a while there were really only 3 people 100% Outwar. Now we have 6 full time Outwar guys + Stacey & Mark.

Justin has joined the Rampid team.he asked why is it running smoother, not why RA is getting more support on zimbob and no others crews get anything.

Another thing is the increase in the number of helpers and moderators. Most of the moderators and helpers now are like 16 hours/day online on outwar...

Yeah I'm one of those crazy guys :(
