Kind of hard to send in a support ticket if your only RGA has been hacked and you can't log in. What, should he create a new RGA just to put in a support ticket?

I believe that is what is recommended and was in the past. My memory's a bit foggy.

indeed make a new rga and send a support ticket or get in touch with a game mod. Make sure that you give them as much info as you can to prove that it is your account.

actually this the main reason why the outwar staff has kept 2 passwords and security is the Main/Most Important which should not be given to any one.
You must keep it safe and some tricky security so that one can't Steal.
I am feeling sorry for this , and if you are really hacked , how can you access the Forums???
