that would be stupid, i think they should have a an upgrade for 100kb and 250kb added to Treasury 100kb instead of 50 cause you can do so much moer with the extra kb

Some people cant afford points nor know how to make points when your new to the game and have no one to help you out.

While this is true, That isn't OW's concern. The fact that they allow everyone to have a picture no matter what is good enough, if you want quality you pay for it, just like everything else in life.

theres no excuse to say people can't afford points, i've made well over 5k points on fabar (most went to useless shot box posts) a and like 1 or 2 pres orbs and multi god sets.... but the point is, i originally started with 0, no points at all, didn't buy any till like after a few double point things were held.

before that i had all the points i needed for upgrades :), theres no excuses to why you don't have points, only lazy people don't make points :).

It's not that hard to make pictures that are less than 15k. Just save them in the proper format and worst comes to worst reduce the quality when saving or shrink them.

Yea well i made a pretty impressive one and it wont fit. And its kinda lame to sacrafice quality to fix in a little box. And to all the people rambling about points, no one is talking about points except you. Im talking about a base amount of like 50k. It allows for higher quality and bigger pictures. Ow, if its that big of a deal just use another host for the pictures or something. I dont know but the 15k max is laughable to anyone who designs images, i have been deleting layers and everything else to try and max it fit, and the only one that meets the requirements is so plain and ugly i refuse to put it up.

15k pic image is easy to make and it was done for like 3/4 years where there was no upgrade at all.. The answer really is simple if you dont want 15k pic size get the upgrade... if you dont want to get the upgrade get a new pic which is < 15k... dont want to do either, then stick with the ow defult image...

I don't understand why captain is complaining about the picture size. Would you rather then just take away the profile pictures completely and then make us pay to use it?

It's been said 10x over, if you want to use a larger sized picture then buy the upgrade. It doesn't cost a fortune ya know.

and it sucks that you HAVE to buy the 500kb upgrade, thats ridiculous, ow should make it so you can still buy the 5k upgrades..or at least now since max is 500, make it so you can buy 15 more kb at a time instead of the gay 5 for 15pts

Although I don't make the upgrades, I wouldn't mind a middle tier of upgrades (say 15k free, 50k, and 500k). The middle will cover better quality static images, and anyone who wants animation can buy the top tier.
