Epic 1.0 and Mini-Epic Bugs

Epic 1.0- When I click the talk icon for Jugan the Stubborn there is no complete quest link.

Mini-Epic- Also Malcom doesnt drop poker chip shipments

Outwar please fix these problems

Malcom has a very low drop rate. He does drop the shipment. only that u may have to kill him for like a month or two before u get it

malcom takes s0o0o0o much time to drop..it sucks but he does drop

personally i only killed malcom 5 times and got the drop but some ppl say they have been on him for 6+ months without luck...so yeah the drop rate can suck

poker chip shipment's drop rate kinda sucks and about jugan the stubborn maybe u don't have the link to complete quest cause u have the life forces in your vault, or noc set or whatever u need to give him, cause i forgot what u turn in at that part.
