Ok so after following the chain of support and having misery tell us we had 70 "glitched" shadow potions.
Can Mark/Nick look into this and refund the 70 shadow potions as you couldn't dupe potions during the lag glitch and Misery is a bias ass who won't admit to making a mistake and refunding the items that he deleted for "assuming" they were glitched, thanks
They were taken off an account called Newport on zimbob crew_profile.php?id=9491 check the action log in the crew, they were all being deposited for weeks

a) General Discussion is not the place for this to go
b) Making fun of PureMisery, no matter how bad of a job you think he's doing, and even no matter how bad of a job he IS doing, is NOT the right way to have an admin look into your claim
c) There have been hundreds of potions across all the servers glitched during lag spikes, and theres honestly nothing anyone can really do about it... if your a crew leader and you accept potions from players, theres always a chance they've been glitched
d) If you have accepted these glitched potions, you will not be reimbursed in any way, form, or fashion... your fault, and the fault of the person that gave them too you...

It appears you have already sent in a ticket, you clearly don't appreciate nor agree with the reply.
The forum isn't the place to post about ongoing support issues, if you still feel that this is an error, please send in another ticket with any further information you have
