Could I have someone message me about my suspension? Or maybe a reason? Anything would be nice so I can get my account back. I would be more than happy to PM my email or something like that. Have messaged Stacey, yesterday. I just need to know what steps I need to take and would like to get this took care of asap. Thank you.

i agree my main acct suspended since last week for a pts issue .yet unable to get an answer from stacey on 800 # or email. all the money i have spent on this game i would think that they would at least try to clear up the problem ,with suspension as last resort.. All over a frigging typo.

I'm still waiting as well. I notice my last point purchase doesn't show up on my point purchase log. So this may have something to do with that. A little support would be fabulous. Just sent in another email, so, time to wait longer.

yea same here but check your spam folder thats where my email from stacey went last week. but no response since make ya think about every spending money again, getting suspended with no warning then no further contact after suspension to solve the problem
