Being from outside US i dont have all the options availible.
I also dont have a credit card at my age which is kinda pointless.
I know paypal is a widely popular payment option and im sure it would work well with your payment system.

I believe paypal was removed due to A LOT of people reversing the order once they got the points.

This is correct. Paypal is too unreliable due to how easy it is to have charges reversed.

Correct, paypal will never be brought back. Anyways, what do you mean you don't have options? If you select paybycash when going to pay we have a bunch of recently added options.

Paypal is the leading cause of chargebacks.
But yes, Justin is right there are loads of payment options avail.
i can do charge backs in every other option listed there, so it doesnt matter if its paypal or not :s
but then again u can remove sms system coz there are ways to send free sms's if your phone network operator allowes (some kid ordered crap load of pts beginning of rancid server, was like $10,000 worth of free pts or something like that)
and paypal is based on CC payment

Paypal doesn't need a credit card to operate. You can deposit directly in from your bank account. My account isn't tied to a CC but I buy stuff all the time. Also, paypal is much easier to issue a charge back.

Is that why its so difficult to buy points? Ive had to get verify 2 times already and now waiting for my 3rd one on my same account, buying CARS over eBay feels easier lol but o well.

Actually I had £270 on my phone at one point, thats over $500. The only money I spend on this game is phone credit. With my tariff I get unlimted free texts at £30 a month, along with an o2 treat of 20 minutes free calltime a month, which is enough for me who mainly texts. So this £30 builds up every month. So I'm sure that there are MANY more people out there with much MORE money than I had on my phone at that point. So yeah, not a really stupid suggestion after all. Also people with contract phones can do it also don't foget, then it would just be like a bill on their monthly payment - No harm done.

However, you didn't vividly endorse it. I was just stating a reason to back up my idea.
