getting skill points?

does any 1 know the levels you get skill points?

coz i hit lvl 46 the other day and i thought that would have been a level which u get a skill point.

You're supposed to get skill points every time you hit an even level. If you didn't I suggest you send in a support ticket with that said as well as your Character Name and ID#.
