Free trade shout?

I'm PP, but I don't seem to be getting my free trade shouts this weekend. I get my 1 free daily one, but after that they still cost the 0.5 points each.

It says only 1 free per trade list. Basically - You can put one up and you don't get another one free until your first free one disappears from the list.

I realize this. I put up a shout early this morning, then one at like noon, and now one again. The second 2 cost me a half a point each. Dreadful, I know. It's just that if they say they're free, I'd like to know if they really should be
