The greatest of ideas. Quantum Leap (Blue, 47 (huthut)) if I Quantum Leap perfectly on top of someone I believe it should telefrag them, causing their limbs and blood to fly everywhere.
This would result in an instant death and give the telefragger a buff "legendary telefragger" for 30 minutes, -50% cooldown to Quantum Leap.
