Okay, so on 1/8/08 i signed up for ultimate PP on my character balthazar on rancid cus of the special they are running, well i use my visa and when i get done filling out the first form it says that it needs more verification, so i fill out the form with the phone numbers and hours etc and wait for a call... Well i never got a call

There was a $15.00 pre auth charge for about 3 days on my bill, so i figured it would be dropped because it says that they will stay for about 7 days, well now the charge has gone through on my account, but i do not have PP at all.

I sent in a support ticket today and called the phone number 18007381687 and left a message... Is there anything else i can do for help? I want either my PP or the charge off my bill... any suggestions?

Don't mean to be a stickler but this is for Forum Help only, not for Rampid Gaming help. You've done exactly what you should've done (up til you posted this thread ;)), which is get in touch with billing support.

Stacey does a great job at billing support, but like any support system there is a wait time. Not sure how full her queue is now, but she'll help you out as soon as she can!

yeah she's usually really quick when it comes to problems like that...

just give it a day or two, and check your email once in a while and she'll get back to you

um i no im still in the wrong section lol but does stacey have an email? the one i tried to sent her was sent back saying:

i guess if this is the wrong email i see the prob but is there a right one i could try to contact her with or is the support ticket and phone call enough

Click support on the ow page, select Point Processing Issues. Fill in form.

Hi there, like you said yourself you submitted a support ticket and called the phone number. I am the person who gets the support tickets, emails, phone calls, forum threads, AIM messages, all billing questions are asked to me. So you only need to use one method. Anyone who has a problem with billing and reads this, please only use one method. It takes me a lot longer to get my job done when I have queues full and I have to weed through all the same people who have their problems solved already. And if you call, please just call once, if you email, just email once, etc...i will get it done.

Perhaps players till aren't quite used to the new support tickets? hehe.
I always forget I can respond... I was sat looking at the reply gina gave me, wondering what to do next lol.
