Essence of Zhul

Since WOZ is has been done for about 3 months now, how come essence of zhul is no longer in the treasury? If you don't plan on making another WOZ round, then at least put the essence back in the treasury for the people that weren't here for WOZ.

if i recall when he said no more woz that was for not there will be more waves down the road the one holy wave was for magicnick to get used to the tools
