How long do i have to wait before he shiows up ?

does he show up once a day or ?

I believe untill someone respawns it.

Basically, you need to kill mobs in its room until a trigger sparks and he spawns again.

from the Trent Blackheart quest, in the Outwiki/quests...

that was the primary thing that i started that mission but it seemed like i only got the boots...

its correct what these guys say, but there are different difficulty to get a rare mob to spawn. F.ex, Bruno only spawns like 2 times a day, no matter how long you try hitting the other guys in his room...
